Architecture
Every choice comes with its reason.
- Interface
- Next.js. One codebase for the site and the panel, rendered on the server.
- Data
- Managed SQLite. Simple, cheap and enough for the volume of one studio.
- Sign-in
- Email link. No password to leak or to forget.
- Payment
- The provider's link. No card goes through our code.
- Hosting
- Cloudflare Workers. No server to maintain; free until it grows.

Risks
Every risk has a sign and an answer already chosen.
The payment provider is slow to release the account
Sign. No access by the end of week 2.
Answer. We deliver the rest and leave payment behind a switch, ready to turn on.
The cancellation rules change midway
Sign. A new request after week 2.
Answer. The rule lives in one place; changing it is one line, not a rewrite.
The studio has no student list ready
Sign. An import asked for in week 4.
Answer. It stays out of this stage and comes in the next one, with an agreed format.
