A written report on a product that already runs: what is slow or costly, what it takes to fix, and in what order. Fixed price, in two to three days.

## Audit

- Price: 1,200 USD, fixed price
- Term: Two to three days
- Who it is for: A product already running that is slow, costs too much per user or is hard to change.
- Next step: Fix what the report names, or take the discovery week for a bigger change.

## What you get

- **A written report** — What is slow or costly, ordered by what it costs you.
- **What it takes to fix** — Each finding comes with the work needed to close it and the order to do it in.
- **Your question, not ours** — Speed, cost per user or architecture: a smaller question is what the audit fits best.

## What stays yours

Nothing we do holds your product.

- **Yours from day one** — Code, repositories and cloud accounts are created in your name. We get access, not ownership.
- **You leave whenever you want** — An exit package kept current with every delivery: architecture, how to operate it and the handover of access.
- **Nothing that locks you in** — Standard, open tools only. Your product keeps running without us.
